getting 16mth old sleeping all night |

I have a 16mth old boy who recently began "napping" when put down to sleep for the night. He goes to bed at 8.30pm and recently has begun waking at around 12.30am and staying awake until 3 or 4am. I am at my wits ends, this is killing me!! any ideas on how I can stop this before I lose what is left of my sanity!!

Hi. I'm not from Victoria but in SA we have some doctors/specialist that deal with children's sleep issues. Most of the fee is covered by medicare. Six of my friends have needed to use the same doctor and their kids aged 6 months to 2 sleep through. I hope you get some sleep soon. Sarah
